Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.

Очень грязно в квартире. Двери и окна в ужасном состоянии. Как только зашли в квартиру сразу отвалилась ручка от входной двери. Стеклопакеты очень старые и в ужасном состоянии. При ветре разбилось стекло, за что у меня было удержано 300 Евро. Дырявые полотенца. Ужасный матрац на кровати и отвратительные подушки. Грязные стекла на балконе.

View is great Facilities were clean

Property is managed by a company, no personal contact at all. You are given a PDF to check in. For receiving the check in instrction you have to give your credit card data away - NOGO since there is a lot of SCAM going on with stealing credit card info, if I book via Booking, i expect all transaction to be handled via Booking, otherwise stop listing the property on booking. Also you have send them your passport + of all guests via their website and sign some contract. 170€ fee for cleaning (to be fair included in the total price) AND YOU ARE EPXECTED TO CLEAN YORUSELF, you are even expected to bring the garbage out. What is the cleaning fee for??!?!?! Also it's very close to the sea/beach BUT there are 240 stairs to climb to get back from the beach. Also the beds, as other have mentioned are completely through, they don't seem to invest a single cent of what they make back, the beds are so soft and squeeky it's insane.

"Nice, large apartment equipped with everything we needed."

The sea view was wonderful, we spent a lot of time on the balcony. We parked the car in the garage, which also belongs to the apartment. The hostess was nice and helpful. Reliable wifi. Quick access to the old town center and beaches.

The fourth bed was quite squeaky.
