Great location with nice view on NYC from the park near apartment, close to Manhattan (by bus), large cosy apartment with beautiful interior and artworks, really nice host. We check in earlier and there were a possibility to check out later

I'm totally in love with Luis place! It was a perfect place to stay in for our 10 days NYC trip. It gives us a space to chill down after intensive day of exploring New York. All 4 of us had a space to have a minute for ourself. Apartment is well equipped, we have everything needed. Bed were super comfortable. Bus stops just around the corner with few lines that will take you directly in the area of Time Square in 15-30 minutes, even late in the evening. Don't worry about the distance between the apartment and Manhattan, because it is truly not an issue. What is worth to mention, apartment is absolutely beautiful with all the decorations and furnitures. It is not another soulless place for tourist just to sleep in, this is the place that you want to stay in and enjoy! And what is more... from the area you will have THE BEST view for Manhattan. Totally recommend taking the walk and enjoy the view. Neighborhood is safe, with shops, bakery, restaurant around the corner. We tried Salvadorian place and bakery near by and both were really nice. Luis was a wonderful host to us. He explained to us how to use bus ticket app, give many useful hints. Hopefully I will get back someday :) Once again, thank you Luis for the stay. It was a great pleasure for us! :)

Huge, beautiful, clean apartment with a heap of liveable space. Located in a quiet part of West New York where there was easy bus and Uber access to New York city. Luis was an outstanding, helpful host.

Occasional noise from adjoining properties but nothing too bad.

Exclusive equipment and furniture. Very large and comfortable. Luis is a bery nice person and will help you if necessary.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Our hosts Luis and Valerii were very communicative and helpful. The apartment is comfortable and beautifully designed. The 2 bedrooms are very spacious and the 2 bathrooms very clean. Also the kitchen is very complete with every amenity one could want. New York City is easy to get to by bus in 20 minutes, bus stops just down the street, where you also have an amazing view on the skyline of Manhattan. It felt like homecoming after a busy day strolling around in the Big Apple. We will certainly come back again. Thank you again for the nice stay!

The unit is one of the nicest apartments I have ever stayed at in my life. The 2/2 is spacious, beautifully designed and with every amenity one can need. To get to NY Port Authority, there are several buses that run often just 3 blocks away. The ride takes about 20 mins. I also took a ferry but that required some walking. We did not cook in the unit but it has everything there to cook every meal. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to visit NYC.

Feeling privileged to have stayed at Luis and Val’s beautiful, luminous, art-filled apartment for the weekend of my partner’s 30th birthday. The hosts made us feel completely at home in this incredible space. The neighborhood is safe and quiet but there are frequent, direct buses to 42nd St in midtown Manhattan. Amazing views from the Boulevard just down the street. I also recommend the French bakery and pastry shop around the corner!
