Es muy bonito en general. Está cerca del centro, los techos son grandes y dan sensación de amplitud. Las camas muy cómodas y el baño estaba muy bien.

El parking no está hecho para coches grandes. Hay que tener mucho cuidado y manejar y maniobrar mucho para entrar y salir. Un coche estilo todocamino entra muy justo. Dos cosas sin mucha importancia: Las ventanas se cerraban con puertecitas de madera que no aislaban de todo el sol y la luz, y alguien sensible al sonido podría despertarse. La ducha no tiene un cabezal flexible de apoyo para poder manejar la dirección del agua.

Stan se nalazi na perfektnoj lokaciji u centru grada, tako da se do svih važnih destinacija može stići pešice. Garaža je u zgradi i može se bezbedno ostaviti auto. Stan je komforan i ima sve što je potrebno za boravak.

Imali smo problema sa uplatom depozita koji je bilo potrebno uplatiti pre dolaska, ali nam je na kraju rečeno da ne moramo ni uplaćivati.

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en este apartamento. Todo estaba impecable, muy limpio, cuidado y con muchísimo encanto. La ubicación perfecta, tranquila y cerca de todo lo necesario. Los anfitriones fueron súper atentos y amables desde el primer momento, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. No faltaba ningún detalle y la estancia ha sido comodísima. Además, el parking ha sido un auténtico puntazo, súper práctico y cómodo durante toda la estancia. Sin duda, uno de los mejores sitios en los que nos hemos alojado. Repetiríamos encantados y lo recomendamos al 100 %. ¡Gracias por todo!

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic old town, yet it is easily accessible by car. From the main wide street, you turn into a small one-way alley, and after the turn it is about 50 meters to the apartment entrance. About 10 meters further on, you turn left into another street where the entrance to the garage is located. The garage is not as narrow as some comments might make you fear; anyone who is comfortable driving can park there without problems with a bit of maneuvering. The location of the apartment is excellent. The cathedral and Plaza Nueva are only about a 5-minute walk away, as are all the most important sights (except the Alhambra). The apartment is well equipped. Although some street noise can be heard through the closed windows, after a full day of exploring the city we slept soundly and it did not bother us. We truly recommend this apartment.

The only thing that caused us some stress before arrival was that, quite late in the automatically generated messages we received, we noticed that the owner required an advance deposit payment of €250. Through WhatsApp and Booking.com we asked whether this was really necessary, as we were short on time, and because Booking.com itself does not state that this amount must be paid in advance. On Booking.com it says that the payment is only required in case of damages. The response to our inquiries was poor or delayed. Since we were on a road trip, it was very inconvenient to keep constantly checking our email and Booking.com messages, so we had already started looking for alternative accommodation in case our original booking would not be accessible due to the unmet requirements. In the end, however, we were welcomed by a very pleasant representative at the accommodation, and everything turned out fine. We did not pay the deposit.
