villa 5 chambres pour famille avec piscine & parking

Vår stora familj fick sköta oss själva i det stora huset. När vi behövde något kontaktade vi värden som snabbt fixade mer toalettpapper, fler handukar m.m. Området är lugnt och skönt. Några husbyggen pågick i närheten men det störde inte nämnvärt. Promenadavståndet (25 minuter) till in till Medina uppskattades och det ännu kortare avståndet (8 min) till matbutik och restauranger.

Trots att huset hade tio bäddplatser (en av oss sov på en soffa) fanns bara 6 stolar vid matsalsbordet. Flygplatsen ligger nära och man kunde givetvis höra planen lyfta. Detta störde egentligen bara på tidiga morgnar när man lätt vaknade av ljudet. Poolen var inte uppvärmd, men vi hade räknat med att den passar mer för vinterbadsvana simmare. Det var faktiskt riktigt kallt i poolen i februari.

Absolutely amazing location! We had everything that we needed as a family and our host Aziz was very kind and helpful at all times. Strongly recommend!

Przestrzeń w obiekcie , 3 pełne łazienki + toaleta. Funkcjonalna kuchnia , bardzo duży i wygodny salon.

Szkoda, że układ łóżek co najmniej w 2 półkach nie jest pojedynczy ( tylko łóżka podwójne ). Przy dłuższym pobici i większej liczbie osób zmywarka takież byłaby bardzo wskazana .

Super accueil maison spacieuse et propre l'hôte très sympathique

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida casa con piscina per quattro notti e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente perfetta. La proprietà è curata nei minimi dettagli: ambienti puliti, spaziosi e arredati con gusto. La piscina è il vero punto forte: grande, sempre pulita e perfetta per rilassarsi a qualsiasi ora del giorno. La zona esterna è attrezzata con lettini, ombrelloni e un’area. Il giardino che circonda la casa aggiunge un tocco di privacy e tranquillità davvero raro da trovare. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere il centro, ma allo stesso tempo garantisce totale relax lontano dal caos. I proprietari sono stati accoglienti e disponibili, pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta con gentilezza e professionalità. Consigliatissima per famiglie, gruppi di amici o coppie in cerca di una vacanza rilassante e indimenticabile. Torneremo sicuramente! Ciaoo Aziz

Beaucoups d'espace, 5 chambres avec lit double, Un Mac Donald est en face pour une restauration rapide. La clinique international de Marrakech avec des Urgences, est à 1 minute de la villa. De nombreuses places de parking. La place Jemma Fnaa à 5 minutes

Lovely secure spacious villa. Owner gave us a crate of bottled water on arrival which was much appreciated after our journey. Decent sized fridge/freezer. Carrefour Express, ATMs, good restaurants 5 min walk away (Bd Mohamed VI), lot of construction/development going on. 15 min safe walk to Medina area with lots to see and do, 2 min to new McDonald's. 5 basic double bedrooms: 4 on 1st floor with 2 en-suite shower rooms and 1 shared shower room, 1 bedroom on ground floor next to kitchen, not en-suite but toilet next door. Comfy clean beds. Very cold at night so get the fluffy blankets ready.

No rooftop furniture. We took patio chairs up from ground floor which was a bit of hassle. It would've been so nice to have chairs, table and loungers up there. Great for watching sunrise over mountains and beautiful golden sunsets. Adequate kitchen facilities but no mugs/cups, only 6 tiny espresso cups. We bought mugs from the market. Plenty glasses and crockery. Quite noisy area with a lot of construction work going on, dogs barking overnight and low-flying planes - earplugs helped! Lots of stray cats & dogs that didn't bother us at all. Lovely large open plan living area but only 6 dining chairs for some reason. Extra stools were provided though. We didn't spend a lot of time in the villa, mainly to sleep, so perfectly adequate.

The location met all the expectations of the group, the rooms are spacious, clean, two of the bedrooms have private bathrooms, two more bedrooms upstairs use a shared bathroom, and on the ground floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom. The spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need and next to it a terrace with a dining area. The very spacious living room, equipped with sofas and armchairs, a dining table and very beautifully decorated specific Moroccan furniture. Spacious swimming pool with graduated depth and a gazebo where you can spend quality time. The entire property is surrounded by a flowering green fence that gives privacy. The location is located in a quiet area without frequent traffic and most importantly it is close to all tourist attractions (2.5 km from the Medina), as well as the airport (3.3 km). For those who rent a car, the property has sufficient parking spaces. Our host Mr. Aziz welcomed us with water, sweets and Moroccan tea even though we arrived earlier than the established check-in time. He was also very kind and accepted a later check-out depending on our flight. Everything was extraordinary and I would recommend the location to anyone who wants to enjoy the Moroccan experience
