Ultra Luxury 1BR in Gueliz

I would never recommend this place!! I booked it because animals was allowed there but when I inform that I have a big dog he says no. Only small dogs is allowed there , so I cancel my booking and tell him to give me back my money but he refuse to reply any of my messages and refuse to give back my money 🤬🤬🤬🤬 Even though it is not my fault with the wrong info on the web. I have tried to contact him many times and still refuse to reply or give back my money!! So I really hope no one else rent from this scammer🤬🤬🤬

I didn’t get the apartment that I booked . The host didn’t care at all about us . I tried to contact her to get any information how to get the key . I had to wait approximately 2hours . Then I got an information of a new address . The apartment was so dirty no facilities expected are found . Trying to contact the host all the time made me feel that that it’s a mission impossible. The host clearly didn’t care at all . It’s my worst experience by booking reservations

Near to the centre city and very cleen

It could have been so good! If fact it wasn’t at all. First of all when we came there the guy that was there was nice but the woman that was with him was horrible. We were in a room where the mirror “just” broke by the last visitors so did the stand for the shower head I guess and the light in the bathroom where they just left the electronic cables out without any type of safety cover on it. Also the coffee machine was broken and the towels that were supposed to be there weren’t there. We already found out the first day that the apartment wasn’t cleaned because we found things of the visitors before us in the bed… and there was nothing arranged to clean the dishes for example. When we asked about a couple of things like a mirror they replied with “why would you need a mirror”. After explaining it’s pretty normal to have a mirror in your house they insured us it will be there tonight or tomorrow. Well it didn’t, not in all the week we were there. If you’re looking at this place I would recommend everybody to keep scrolling and find somewhere else if you want to have a clean stay.
