Il sogno di Chiara, Ischia

Familie på 5 med voksne barn hadde en utmerket uke her. Hagen er fint beplantet og vi likte godt å henge rundt bassenget på dagen. På kvelden var det fint å sitte på terrassen som har god utsikt mot Procida, Napoli og Vesuv. Verten var hjelpsom og ga oss gode råd for å løse praktiske problemstillinger. Opplevelsen er bedre enn bildene av stedet på nettet.

Vi mislikte ikke noe ved stedet. Men det er greit å ta en taxi ved ankomst fra ferjeleiet da veien opp er bratt, smal og trafikkert. Det er et must å ha en liten Panda på øya for å komme seg rundt for å se ting, pluss at det er et stykke til gode supermarkeder (les: Deco). Vår favoritt ble Forio på andre siden av øya.

The pool and sunbeds were excellent. The outside kitchen was good and functional. The Italian (Gianni) host was extremely helpful. The kitchens were well stocked with cutlery and crockery.

The location was up a steep hill, so you will need to be fit. The surrounding area was not the cleanest, with rubbish/recycling dropped roadside for collection in bags that were often split.

The property had plenty of room, was modern and very clean. The pool area and outdoor kitchen were great. Simone was fantastic, really helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

The walk from the port to the property took about 25 minutes up a very steep hill. There are plenty of taxis available though.

The property was amazing! The views from both inside and the roof terrace are incredible, whilst the property also provides a lot of private space. We spent the majority of our time around the pool area.
