"Superb"

Location great appartment nice and bright. Lovely comfy big beds. Great sleep.Lovely Shower. Kitchen everything you need.

Bedroom blind doesn't close. Curtain pole needs sorted. Downstairs toilet wall needs little attention lets the standard down.

"Good but with compromise"

It’s clean and spacious. It is much closer to the sea side. There is a M&S food hall near by, also Subway, a restaurant and a bar in close proximity.

Whilst the property has 4 rooms there is just one bath room. If a group more than 5 takes this accommodation people have to be in queue for your turn to have shower, not a great option for us as we were a larger group.

The place is spacious and clean. It has little extras like a coffee machine and tons of pillows. It was very clear and the host was very easy to communicate with and also very friendly. The location was ideal for exploring various towns nearby. Broughty Ferry itself was a pleasant surprise in that there were some nice shops and restuarants. Oh and the beach was really nice and the kids had fun there.

"Fantastic time, in a beautiful flat, we will be back and would highly recommend."

It’s a beautiful flat, warm, clean, comfy beds, perfect place to stay. It’s close to the Main Street and all amenities yet very quiet too. It’s perfect.

My only criticism is that the flat sleeps 6-8 but there’s only 4 chairs at the dining table.
