GBMy kids love the swimming pool in Shell Residences! Yes Shell Residences not Madison as I originally booked. The agent said, they don't have available space in Madison so they passed us to another condo unit.
Not happy about how the male agent talked to us,very judgemental & no customer relation manner. Thanks to the owner of Shell Residences manage to accommodate us in a way a customer should be treated.
PHPHPHVery accessible to malls & famous landmarks. The unit is very clean. It feels like home. Complete kitchen utensils, appliances etc. Can't wait to be back & will definitely book this property again.
No issue found in the property but hopefully the owner will finalize our unit same as we expected (facing MOA) since we are transfered to other unit the day before we arrived
