Palais Tulum by The Ant PM

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!! Me and my partner checked in not knowing that the pool and all the water in the block was green! Absolutely disgusting. I left after being there 1 hour and contacted the property they haven’t responded to me in over 2 weeks and have not even give me a refund. I’m going through booking . Com to get my money back there a Scam!! I had to check into a hotel for the duration of my holiday. The worst people you can imagine who still will not reply to my emails calls and messages about getting my money back. They never mentioned anything about the pool being filthy and green if I knew this I would never have booked it. Reply to me so I can get my refund this is not what it looks in the pictures.

We enjoyed our stay in Palais Tulum very much. The location of the apartment is great with everything you need close by and the beaches within reach by bike. The apartment is very modern with a touch of luxury. It is well equipped and everything works well. The bed is really huge and extreemely comfortable. All in all the Palais Tulum is good value for money and we are sure that when the contruction in the neighborhood and in the Palais Tulum itself is done it will turn out to be a gem. For now, and within the price range, we will give Palais Tulum a 9.

The aircondition is placed above the head end of the bed which means you have to shut it of during the night. There are no places to hang dresses or shirts but only shelves. It is a nice touch with the iron for clothes but we missed a board for ironing. There are no ventilation in the bathroom and it doesn't dry up after use which means that everything including the towels also doesn't really dry up. Something to hang the wet swimming gear and towels on for drying on the balcony would be nice. There were only a few people staying so we had the facilities, among those the wonderful rooftop swimmingpool to ourselves.There is a rather extensive contruction work going on in the neighborhood. We weren't in the apartment that much and the contruction work stopped at around 6 pm so it wasn't a big issue.

the location was very cleaned and the apartment was very nice.

I did not like the the street outside due to the construction works but it was not a big issue
