FabHotel Waves Of The Sea Board - Nr Calangute Beach

Location is good

We stayed here for a 3 days and had booked 3 rooms for my family. Apart from the location there is nothing positive I can write about it. We arrived at 3:30am from the airport and were forced to pay the whole amount of booking before we could check in and my family with 2 small kids and parents had to wait over 45 mins till all the payment and documentation was done. We were given a room far away from the pool alongside the street even if we booked a superior deluxe double room. The reception would not give us any other room even after showing him what booking.com reservation mentioned in it. The photos the website are very misleading, which was actually one of the factors I booked this place. The property is in very bad shape. The room was not the same or even close to the photos online. There was a sliding window which did not close at all leading to mosquitoes coming in the room and we could not sleep because of the loud music being played on the street. The sink was dirty with hair in it and the bed linen had holes from cigarettes. In all a very horrible experience :(
