"If you don't mind sharing, it's a nice place in a nice location."

Once we got over that we were sharing a house with two other couples not known to us - and our bathroom was downstairs, the stay was very pleasant. It was very well equipped and clean, and the owners were in touch regularly to check all was in order. Just round the corner from supermarket, restaurants and bars and about 10 minutes walk into the centre of CT.

Being asked for a deposit when we'd have no control over anyone breaking stuff, and possibly being blamed for it. The location video could be better too, you have to be near the exact path in it to recognise it. It's not 'Duplex' It's a sroom in a shared house and that needs to be clearer.
