Struttura pulita, accogliente e comoda. Molto carino il terrazzino e il proprietario davvero gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità.

Unica pecca la presenza di un solo condizionatore in una casa divisa in tre ambienti separati. Un unico condizionatore con difficoltà riusciva a compensare per tutta la casa, dovevamo tenerlo acceso h24. Forse avrei fornito un ventilatore, quantomeno per la stanza matrimoniale dove si soffriva tanto il caldo.

"Very comfortable, quite serene and restful stay"

It was very comfortable and surrounded with shops, great stroll to the cathedral and it doesn’t matter if it’s raining as there are porticos . Everything was provided and with instructions

Lovely clean , well maintained property , excellent location , close to all amenities and tourist spots . Kitchen and appliances very modern and everything you could want , lovely outdoor space , has the sun all day .

The location is perfect. Everything is nearby. The terrace is marvellous to sit in the evening with a glass of wine. Would highly recommend this apartment for staying in Bologna.

Probably the second air-conditioner would be very helpful in August.
