Unfortunately, when I called the host, she told that the house is not available. Though the booking was confirmed several days prior. We’ve figured out the situation, and booked another place, but it was very unexpected and poor experience with this house.

- Nice location in quiet area among pine trees, close to sea side. - yard with barbecue area (mangal) - away from any hustle - 3 bathrooms - enough equipment for home cooking - AC is working

- The property is poorly maintained. Dirty floors and bathrooms, old linens and towels (and there were only 2 towels in whole house when we checked in). Ants in the kitchen. - No toiletries, although there are listed. Even plain soap was absent - you rent half of the house, neighbors are pretty close to you. We were in luck, our neighbors were good, but if you’re looking for privacy it’s not that - great outside area but without any hammock or place to lay down. Just plastic chairs and table - the most disappointing thing - construction in front of the house. One day there were no construction work, but the next day it went full on - so zero peace and quite.
