Not enough seats for four people in lounge Only two sun loungers with no cushions which the staff brought No cushions on the couch and two chairs on the roof

Location, Location Location. Nerja is a wonderful town and having that villa so close to all amenities and in the same time not as crowded as the centre was just amazing. The sea view and access to the beach...you just can't ask for more. I would stay there every time visiting andalusia if I could only book it every time.
Slightly dated appliances, but it wasn't a problem

L'interno è fatiscente , uno dei 2 bagni non ha l'acqua caldae la doccia,uno sportello della cucina è crollato, luce nel garage non funzionante, porta del bagno a piano terra inutilizzabile e agenzia che la gestisce scorretta.Assolutamente da non prenotare.

Great location, spacious house, lovely garden and roof terrace and washing machine . The rental staff were amazing and quick to sort anything we needed. The beds were very comfortable.
Stayed in March and only a portable electric heater downstairs, didnt work very good. Only single glazing windows in the bedrooms, so heard the road noise, the emptying of bins twice a night (right outside the property), quite a noisy property. Only spanish t.v., I should have taken the firestick !!.

Fantastiskt läge. Stort. Praktiskt med garage, även om det var liter. Bekväma sängar. När det uppstod problem så återkopplade o fixade South Costa det snabbt och på bästa sätt. Flera uteplatser att välja på.
Det är delvis slitet, men det verkar som att uppgradering pågår. Man störs nattetid av att återvinningskärl och sopor töms, de är placerade framför huset.

Det fanns ingen ugn, vilket blev begränsat med matlagning. Det fanns ingen AC på nedervåningen så det var väldigt kallt och man fick ha jacka och skor på sig.
