It was as the name said a Cozy cottage. Quite Quaint. Exceptionally Clean and had all the mod cons. Lovely hot tub.

A little too close to the M27 + the upstairs bed on the mezzanine floor was difficult to get to. I understand the rationale but it was like entering a small tent - on hands and knees. The back garden needs some work.

Lovely location, hot tub was amazing and clean. Free parking and plenty of space. Very private. Very cosy space. Whole place was super clean.

Couldn't get WiFi to work Cooking appliances (oven, toaster etc) didn't work very well

Nice and cosy

Location, as it was close to M27 motorway the noise of the traffic was constant and was not peaceful as we thought.

Loved the hot tub was lovely to relax in.

The wifi kept cutting out we couldn’t get tv at some points of the stay but it wasn’t all bad as the children were forced to play games instead

It’s a niche property but very cozy and private. Felt nice almost surreal and tranquil with the peace it offers

Stairs felt a little dangerous but nothing silly.
