How close it is to the entrance of Gatlinburg

Nothing well the games need to be fixed or updated, especially the pinball machine it's stuck you have to unplug it to stop it

The furniture was old and didn’t work apparently

The location was absolutely wonderful! As it was close enough to everything, but out of the way enough to not have the hustle and bussle of downtown Gatlinburg! The beds were fairly comfortable. I would say this is sootable for about 2 couples.. no more than a couple of kids! Although there is bed space, the seating arrangement in the living room is small. I also appreciate the fans in all the rooms to keep circulation going. Loves the provided games . The Connect 4 kept our 2 year old entertained for hours ! The decorations were cute. However, the broken ones on top of the kitchen cabinets and the broken lamp being used could go! I would also say that the drive-in was very easy for a cabin !

The kitchen was lacking silverware. There were 4 forks. The keurig was absolutely disgusting and unusable without some real deep cleaning, so we opted to get some vinegar and use the regular coffee pot.The furniture in the living room really needs upgraded and the loveseat was broken upon arrival. Which I did reach out about and they offered to have someone come look at , but we opted to skip that because we were traveling with a dog so we would have had to wait for them to arrive. The upstairs bed room had not been dusted well at all , and the bathroom DIY was just that. I was also very disappointed in the trash situation, which is not the owners fault, but the resort really needs to get that figured out ! I am a very bear conscious person when I visit, and it was very disappointing to see ,as I can only imagine how bad it gets during peak season. On day 3, I finally went into the office, and they didn't seem too concerned! HUGE negative for me!!

The cabin needs alot of work bathroom upstairs especially a lot of shotty repairs furniture needs replacing in the entire house I never stay at a place like this

Air hockey didn’t work, only one small bar of soap provided, no dish soap, propane grill was dirty, from previous user, burners didn’t work properly, difficult to adjust flame.

I loved the game room, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Great view. Great value and the renter was great and polite.

The driveway was a bit difficult to park in and the fireplaces don’t work. But those are minor complaints. Overall I was very happy and highly recommending this cabin to others.
