No house keeping ever came in 3 days despite reminding them.

The cleanliness of the room I have stayed at this location in a different tower and it was a very clean unit, but this one didn’t have that same standard

The property was very nice and clean .

I liked the property. There was nothing I disliked.

This unit is an owner unit and has nothing to do with the hotel. You can use most or all of the MGM facilities and it was nice to have a way heat up some water. The bathtub is amazing.The owner was very responsive but in our 4 night stay could not get things working.

One of our sinks was fully clogged upon arrival and was still when we checked out.The hotel can’t help with that because the owner needs to approve.. the toilet had no brush or plunger and the drain was very finicky. The hairdryer turned very 30 second on low and then back on high. The kitchen had a wine refrigerator (odd choice) no wine or bottle opener. It was stocked with 4 pods of coffee… no tea or decaf. The TV did not work and was no smart TV- the curtains missed a pulley and I think because of that were unhooked. The dining table had a huge burn mark stain and one chair only. We rented 4 units on those 3 towers und they are all a bit different what the owner decides to put in there and offer. This was bare bone minimum and less! Our other ones had, bath salts, q tips, makeup pads…. Coffee/tea bar set up. The owner told me, they are doing a full remodel after high season is over. So all this could be top notch soon.

Great Location, was clean, and communication was crear and easy all the time.

Need to replace the pillows.

The communication was smooth and prompt, making booking and check in very easy. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great view and location, close to the strip without being inside a casino.
