Great location for Cheltenham city centre

Misrepresentation about parking, had to pay to park in 24 hour carpark after nothing available in free parking area advised by owner. Lounge rad not working, door frame damaged, old contact lens on floor in bathroom, faeces left on toilet brush, no window blind in bathroom which faces pavement. Broken door close in lounge and damaged wall. All this reported to owner to resolve before leaving review, his response was I am a moron, as I requested a partial refund and refund of parking as not made clear in blurb. I expect a similar response to this review although I have photos to prove everything.

Ideal location, all the facilities we needed, very comfy bed and clean.

There was no free parking available (match day) so had to find somewhere further away. Cost £11 for 24 hours, so not too bad.
