Smithills Lodge Holiday Home in Bolton - Inc Hot Tub

Property was beautiful and really spacious.

Nothing, everything was great. We did have a slight issue with the shower at the front of the property but we messaged Adam and he sorted it right away.

The layout was fantastic, and it was spotlessly clean upon arrival. It was easy to access, had good amenities, and the hot tub was switched on and heated for our arrival.

I couldn’t find a recycling bin for plastics/paper/cardboard inside the venue, so we simply had to bag all waste. It may be useful to have this option available for future guests, as I can imagine the house is often used to host large groups for parties. It may also be worth investing in jet washing the outdoor area at the front of the property, as we felt this first impression of the property for our guests let it down when the interior is so stunning!

The neighbour

This property had everything you want for a get away with a group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed the use of the pool table, table-top football and dart board. The property offered a great space for everyone to come together but also enjoy those quieter moments thanks to the many bedrooms across multiple floors. The kitchen and dining space were great for enjoying meals together, the kitchen was well equipped for our self-catering needs. Overall we were very impressed with the property and the owner was extremely accommodating and helpful. Thank you so much!

There was nothing we disliked about the property. The few niggles we had the owner rectified immediately. We couldn’t ask for anything more, thank you!
