Der Check-in über Vikey. Man erhält eine SMS von einer US-Adresse, außerdem Mails. Auf der Seite von Vikey muss man Fotos von sich und dem Reisepass hochladen und viele Daten zudem manuell eingeben. Bei mir hat außerdem die Bezahlung der Kurtaxe über das System nicht funktioniert, so dass ich nicht wie vorgesehen den Zugangscode erhalten habe. Die Vermieterin war dann aber entgegengekommen.
FRLogement très sympathique et accueillant. Parfaitement situé en plein coeur du quartier historique, c'est l'idéal pour faire une pause dans la journée ou recharger ses bouteilles sans faire de détour. Le parking privé a proximité est un gros plus dans une zone où les places pour touristes sont inexistantes sinon.

USVery unusual entrance (!), but lovely and clean. The bed was comfortable and the cafe right outside the main door was convenient.
Not the fault of the owners but we used the parking space available and had to walk past a trio of people harassing us, knowing we were tourists. And walking to some of the attractions was through some not-great narrow walkways (we had our sons with us), who were obviously they were prostitutes. We had to do some explaining to the boys!

GBLocation. I’m the middle of town and surrounded by restaurants, cultural architecture, cafes etc. The hosts are extremely helpful, they really can’t do enough to help, I arrived to find all taxis on strike, being in a new city not much help from airport. I messaged the hosts and they gave me clear instruction on getting the alternative VoloBus, which stop to get off at and then google maps the 10-15mins walk to the apartment. Excellent little cafe opposite from coffee and pastry breakfast in the morning, loads of others within a 5mins walk too. But they were super friendly opposite and clearly appreciated my attempt at Italian 🤣.
Nothing at all, will stay here again. Make sure your mobile phone works in Italy as there is an online checkin which is what you use to electronically open the front door. If you don’t have a mobile available in Italy, let your hosts know befor you travel so they can sort it for you. It isn’t a dislike, so an observation for other travellers.
