GBGreat location. Very spacious apartment. Table tennis table was a nice addition but was only very small which was not stated on the details.
Accommodation was in very poor state of repair. Communal Entrance hall was very dirty but was in the process of being painted. The apartment needs decorating throughout. There was a significant leak in the ceiling causing puddle on floor and the staining on the ceiling suggested it had been there for some time. All windows in the property have rotten windows so couldnt be opened and let in drafts and noise as visible holes in the frames. The toilet seat was not fitted properly and there were missing spindles on the internal stairs causing a risk to small children. It should als be made clear that the staircase up to the second bedroom is via a very steep uneven. The communication was hit and miss. Initially they were requesting a damage deposit months before stay when booking.com details stated only need 2 weeks before stay. When I then tried to pay this at the right time the bank details provided were incorrect and despite a response stating the would gets new details to me the next day I never heard from them which left me unsure if the accommodation was confirmed.

NLWij verbeleven hier 2 nachten voor het bezoeken van een voetbalwedstrijd en dit appartement is ons goed bevallen, al het benodigde was aanwezig en de locatie is uitstekend
Het appartement heeft hier en daar wat verouderingen, maar dit was voor ons geen probleem

It says there is a hot tub in the description but it is just a bath tub. The stairs to the upper floor are very slim.
