Pool area was nice. The apartment would be fine for families with kids.

Apartment was ok, we were just a little let down by the pictures on booking.com as we don't feel they truly reflected the apartment properly and to be honest we did consider booking elsewhere when we first arrived. However we decided to give it a few days to see rather than paying for another place and it was OK, but just OK. We didn't use the cooking facilities, crockery or towels and bought paper plates & cups from the shop across the road to use instead. The apartment could be lovely if updated. We also had an issue in that the air-con started to leak in the bedroom and only just missed damaging our passports, although one of my husband's watches didn't fare so well. On the upside our housekeeper (Ms Ja) was lovely and sorted it straight away and we did get our 2000 baht deposit back without any issue. Another couple of points to make is that while there are about 9 pools, most of them are in the shade during the day and there are simply not enough sunbeds or places in the sun where you can sunbathe with giving people enough room to pass. Some of the residents at My Resort were also very rude, arrogant and pretty much 'entitled'. These were NOT Thai people I have to say. We therefore ended up going to the Vimarn Hotel to sunbathe which is right on the beach. If you did want an apartment in the sun/gets the afternoon/evening sunshine, I suggest a pool view one in Block A or B (C at a push). Hope this helps.

Property could have been cleaner A small information pack was lacking as we had to have a Google translate conversation with the cleaner multiple times for basic stuff. Needed more crockery

Super close to cicada market area which is amazing, a great location. So many toys, high chairs which made my children’s stay. Splash park in the pool area. Basic apartment which meets all needs and good value for money!

Pool area quite strict and no eating or drinking allowed!

The girl who received us was nice.

The list is long! 1. 24 hours without internet 2. The apartment was dirty! Looks reasonable on the surface, but the cupboards were dirty and full of dust. dirty dishes. Toilets were broken. Very neglected apartment. 3. Toaster did not work. 4. One toilet was broken. 5. Twice there was no hot water and they fixed it. 6. Unpleasant bedding. The attitude was great on the part of the hostess, but I will not return and will not recommend coming.
