Ottima posizione, struttura ben tenuta

con 10gradi fuori avevo 26 gradi interni stanza 507. Aria condizionata accesa ma non funzionante. Finestra minuscola insufficiente ad abbassare la temperatura. Ho chiesto supporto al desk perchè per me è stato impossibile dormire con quel caldo. Mi hanno detto che avrebbero controllato ma nessuno mi ha più detto nulla e la situazione è rimasta invariata. dormito zero in due giorni. Terribile

"Hotel modern, bine amplasat, personal amabil."

Locatia hotelului este una foarte linistita, aproape de magazine, aproape de mall promenada, 5 minute cu Uberul pana in centru. Hotelul este nou, modern, foarte bine intretinut. Personalul foarte amabil, mai ales ospatarii restaurantului, foarte atenti la nevoile oaspetilor. Camera luminoasa si destul de spatioasa. Baia curata. Micul dejun gustos si diversificat. Parcare gratuita in lateralul hotelului, desi sunt locuri relativ putine, nu am avut probleme sa gasim unul chiar daca am facut check-in sambata.

Lipsa unui cuier in camera. Posibilitatea de oprire a ventilatiei din baie. Pretul pentru acces la spa destul de ridicat pentru oaspetii hotelului.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, le restaurant excellent. Le petit plus très appréciable c'est le spa qui est incroyable (3 saunas, 1 piscine, 1 bain à vapeur, 1 hammam, massage sur réservation). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Am avut parte de un sejur minunat in acest hotel, personal foarte amabil, micul dejun delicios si foarte variat, camera confortabila cu o priveliste superba, (s-a tinut cont de solicitarea noastra in aceasta privinta) Am reveni oricand Spa ul este in exteriorul hotelului, dar acesta nu e impediment
