"We would explore more spa places in Transylvania."

The place was nice, location was ok, restaurant was delicious. But! The air conditioning was not working (not cooling) and they simply offered us to open the window 🤦‍♀️. We negotiated a new room, but it was smaller and had the same problem with air conditioning. They said they didn’t turn on the air conditioning in the whole hotel yet. It’s May holidays. So this was odd. Sooo we stayed in our room with open window, the traffic was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Hotel service was questionable. 🤨

Restaurant was very good. Service, food was excellent! Spa was OK. We would prefer a salt water pool and not so slippery floor, to feel more safe with the kid.

Ne-am propus să trăim o experiență frumoasă în Sibiu, iar hotelul Hermanns a ajutat enorm. Ne-am odihnit super bine, camera și interiorul plăcut ne-a ajutat să ne simțim foarte bine. Tot personalul a fost drăguț, atent, amabil. O să recomandăm locația. Duminică am beneficiat de câteva ore de relaxare în saunele și piscina centrului Spa Hermanns, am reușit să ne încărcăm bateriile la maxim. Mulțumim!

Mancarea, SPA-ul personalul foarte primitor

Am avut masina electrica cu care am calatorit cu familia, statiile de incarcare pentru masini electrice erau ocupate de masini termice ale peronalului banuiesc si daca ma insel imi cer scuze dar erau masini termice, nici de cum electrice.Asta denota faptul ca nu respecta protejarea mediului si ajutorul adus reducerii poluarii.totusi nu este un hotel de 2 stele, am pretentii mai mari de la un hotel in privinta parcarii pentru masini electrice.Am parcat la Penny in parcare si am venit cu copilu si bagajele dupa noi la hotel ca tot omu.multumim
