Studio 1st FL with Balcony across Terminal 3 Airport

This was ideal for an overnight stay prior to catching a flight from T3 Ninoy Aquino. Short walk to the walkway into the airport. The apartment was in a clean and safe complex, which was easy to find and very comfortable.

There are a few cosmetic scuffs and scrapes in the apartment, but not an issue.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here but the apartment is in need of some renovations. The towel rack in the bathroom kept falling off, The cupboards in the kitchen were broken. The blanket was too small for the bed and had holes in it. Overall it needs some TLC

The worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed at Palm Tree Villas. Upon entering the room there was already a musky smell to the place, the air conditioning was working and upon inspection, noted that the cover and filter was very very dirty, full of dust like it was never cleaned for a long time, there was a small cockroach in the bathroom and the floor seem dirty, the bed linens smells like it wasn’t changed at all and the bath towels have seen better days. In fairness after reporting all these inconveniences, the owner sent somebody or the cleaners to fix all the issues immediately but it was a big inconvenience for us as we wanted to rest after our 4 hour early flight. There was also no bath mat inside the bathroom, only outside the door and have seen better days as well and need upgrading.

The room needs refurbishing, the facilities as well. They have to change the bath towels and bath mat and a better drainage system so it won’t be an excuse why there’s cockroaches in the room, very unhygienic. Cleanliness should be a priority and good quality amenities

Good value small but has all the essentials including aircondition.

Airport not as easily accessible as expected - assumed we could walk but that's not really a great option. Towels were very microfiber plasticky which would be an easy upgrade.
