Location in the old part of San Remo. This quarter is recently discovered and only now you see the start of some nice and authentic restaurants, only few steps away from the vibrant and stylish centre of San Remo that we all know.

The furniture is quite old. It all functions but it could not harm to modernize a bit. Also the balcony can be cleaned and modernized a bit to offer more potential.
