If the entry or exit occurs outside the schedule, a supplement from €60 to €70 will be charged. If it takes place on a Sunday or holiday, the rate will also apply. Please, not that it's not possible to check-in after 22:00. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 35 euro per pet, per stay applies. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 10 kilos and only non-dangerous breeds. Electricity consumption is included in the price (20KW/day). If there is extra energy consumption, it will be paid at €0.45/KW.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
