Refúgio da Mariana - Gerês

La casa estaba nueva, tal cual las fotos. Totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar y limpiar. Nuestro perro disfrutó mucho de la terraza y las vistas. Los dueños se portaron muy bien prestándonos toallas de playa y dándonos unos pepinos de la huerta.

Un poco apartado, pero buscábamos justamente eso.

Perfect view, cosy interior, very clean (one of the cleanest places I had been before). We were allowed to leave the house much later than official check-out, that was very nice.

On the first day, one of the showers broke down, the problem was never solved, which was somewhat disappointing. In the evening, while cooking dinner, the gas stove stopped working. The cylinder was changed early in the morning, but the stove did not work. Therefore, there were difficulties with dinner and breakfast. There were interruptions in the operation of the microwave oven, I had to move it to another outlet. There is no kettle, which, in a situation with a broken stove, only worsened our situation with dinner and breakfast. I think there are quite a lot of technical inconveniences for three days of accommodation. Keep in mind that there are no working cafes and shops within walking distance.
