Location is great: one of the main roads is near, a couple of minutes by feet, still very quiet place with a balcony and amazing view. Vake park is nearby. Cozy but spacy apartment with practically everything one need for stay: conditioner, washing machine, hair dryer, microwave, stove, kettle, large refrigerator. Many thanks for the kitchen appliances: even sponge and dish washing liquid. There is a very good wi-fi and mobile network has an excellent reception as well. The owner deserves a special prize for creativity!

There is no a thing I didn't like. Maybe if there was some coffee maker that would be just perfect.

Nice to be able to sit outside and look over the valley and city. Room was equipped with modern facilities including oven, hob, microwave etc. Aircon worked well and electric heaters are installed.

The nearby church bell woke us at 0830 a couple of times. It's a bit out of town but convenient for Vake Park / Turtle Lake / Ethnographic Museum.

Nice apartment for one or two people. Brand new comfortable apartment built in a garage. I rent for my friend and he liked everything and said that next time he would stay here.

It's fine appartament, if you wanna live on summer. There everything was clean, new towel and bed.

I lived there in winter, there is very cold floor, thin whalls. It was garage, but the owner built an appartament there. If you wanna rent that appartament in a winter, dont do that, dont repeat my mistake. if there were slippers, maybe it would be better, but it still wouldn’t save the situation. I on all heaters and AC on heat, on top side of the appartament was hot, but on the foot level it was still cold. I touched the floor, it was the same temperature like a ground on the street.

Great place, very cozy and comfortable.
