Davvero ottima soluzione: vicinissimo al centro (10 min a piedi), comodissimo il posteggio, al piano terra probabilmente al posto di un vecchio negozio, cosí da non rubare appartamenti al locali. Infissi ottimi ed insonorizzanti. Climatizzazione ottima. Bagno pulito, cucina nuova e ben attrezzata di tutto il necessario. Letto comodo.

L'appartamento é pensato per 2 persone: in 4 si puó comunque stare molto bene ma si é un poco stretti ed il divano letto non é comodissimo.

La limpieza,la decoración cuidada....de esos lugares donde nada más entrar te encuentras cómodo. Una buena cafetería y una heladería espectacular a 1 minuto.
