De locatie en het aantal slaapkamers en badkamers.
Zoals in eerdere reviews gelezen, was de algemene staat net iets te slecht voor de gevraagde prijs: het water liep niet af in een douche bv waardoor de hele badkamer onder water stond. De algemene airco werkte niet, en we vonden 4 dozen van mobiele units maar slechts 2 waren aanwezig waarvan 1 “werkte”, eerder als een soort van ventilator. Er was vuile vaat bij aankomst in de vaatwasser: dit kan normaal gezien niet als iemand eens langsgaat om te kuisen. De reactie via whatsapp met de contactpersoon is ook niet geweldig. Maar de volumes en de locatie zijn wel top.

great location, very spacious apt for a group, lots of character , good bathrooms and kitchen
internet didn’t work despite communication with host - making communication difficult and TV useless; there was mess left around table and chairs and the pool table not cleaned; there were nails protruding from the wood floors in the main lounge; cigarette butts left outside the balcony. noisy street to one side of the property; and on the last night one our party suspects there were some bugs in the bed. and the shower pressure and heat was variable.

Beautiful apartment, fit for a royal family. Plenty of space and nicely decorated. We had a wonderful time
A well equipped kitchen however missing tea towels and a grater. With so many guests (7 people, using 4 rooms), a second key could have been provided from the beginning. Some nails were found sticking out from the floor near the balcony, which need to be nailed in or else can cause injury.
