Pada hari terakhir saya menginap listrik tiba-tiba padam. Ketika saya check di security, ternyata pemilik apartemen belum membayar listrik dan diminta untuk membayar listrik supaya listrik menyala lagi. Tetapi hal tersebut tidak diindahkan oleh pengelola apartemen yang mengakibatkan listrik padam semalaman dan tidak ada respons dari pesan whatsapp yang saya kirimkan ke pengelola apartemen.

Location is great (quiet, but close to big streets). Apartment for living a long time, all facilities and supplies are in place. 3 AC-s. Great view from the balcony. Cheap and convenient parking. 50 metres long pools (2 working and 2 "green") in bearable condition (by sportsman point of view, it is 130 cm deep everywhere and not very friendly for children).

Smell of gas/LPG in here so we eventually slept with ventilation and light on the kitchen always turned on - there's no ability keep only ventilation. Ants and lizards inside, many repellents of multiple kinds, air fresheners. Quite a dirty building but without much litter. The bathroom is a narrow corridor so when you sit on the toilet, your head rests against the wall.

Very good equiped, comfortable beds, with beautifull view

It needs to be onetime really deeply cleaned (especially bathroom and kitchen) and repaired (f. e. balcony doors can not be closed)
