The Address Loft - Passion

L’emplacement était honnêtement parfait, c’est probablement le plus gros point positif du séjour. Tout était proche, facile d’accès et très pratique pour un voyage de groupe à Budapest. L’appartement était propre, bien organisé et exactement comme prévu. Le personnel a été incroyable du début à la fin : adorable, professionnel, réactif et jamais intrusif. La communication était fluide et tout a été géré sérieusement et efficacement. Globalement, tout était nickel et nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Honnêtement, rien de particulier à signaler. Tout s’est très bien passé pendant le séjour.

The team were really communicative and helpful, and the apartment was clean and beautiful, really well situated for exploring Budapest. The beds were comfortable and the whole place is bright and airy. Highly recommended!

The loft was the ideal place for our trip away! We were a group of 14 and there was more than enough space for us all. The loft was clean and tidy in arrival and had all of the facilities we needed. It was well located to be able to explore the City and communication with the hosts was excellent throughout.

The Loft is in a good central location. Plenty of bathrooms, good size fridge.

The staff are constantly harassing you to spend more money. In the end we had to say "no more Euro". They have made up rules to cost you more money like checking in on an app with your passport, but if you don't arrive by 21:00 for any reason they charge you €50. It's €30 if you make a towel dirty. The staff have no clue what's happening with your money, lost our security deposit and asked me to screenshot my banking to try and find it. Staff on a different page to each other. They want €600 in cash for a security deposit, but then on bank transfer, then on Revolute. Ran poorly. They pester you on WhatsApp relentlessly. I have screenshots if anyone is curious. It's not worth it. Use somewhere else with a decent host.

After having our initial property cancel we booked this very last minute and were not disappointed! It’s a massive space in such a central location. Very clean and the beds were really comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend for groups.

Struggled with the electric door initially but no problems after we worked it out.

Overall, I can't fault this accommodation. Perfect for a group of friends, we were a hen party! Location was great and it was easy and quick to get taxi's from right outside. Just minutes away from the popular bar areas, but away enough to be quiet at night. Handy food outlets nearby! The host was great, with an efficient check in and check out process. A beautiful apartment. Having 3 toilets was handy for the group of 10. I wonder if more than 10 girls would struggle, but we never found we were waiting for the toilet/shower. The hairdryer in every bathroom was a life saver!

We were aware of the "quiet time" requested from 10pm onwards, being asked to contain noise to the common area only. We understand and respect why this is in place. On our second evening I got a text at 7.30pm stating we were noisy. The text said it wasn't an issue at that time, but would be if it continued. We had only been in the lounge area, playing some games. I wouldn't consider us a rude or rowdy bunch at all. I can understand a text at 9/10pm or approaching the quiet hours. But, considering the "quiet" time hadn't kicked in yet, it was a bit frustrating to read. We were on our way out by 9.30pm so they wouldn't have heard a peep from us then. Just something to consider if you are leaning more towards the rowdier/louder side as a group. There are noise detectors that they will point out to you.
