Spacious appartment and we loved the comfort and facilities . Great location in the central area of Pogliano with easy access to restaurants , bars and local attractions. Excellent assistance from host .

There was some noise from the street as the apartment is accessed from Main Street but we loved the central location!

We would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone! Beautiful building and it's location in the city is perfect! There are 3 balconies AND a terrace to yourself that are right on the main road and close enough to see the water on two sides.Simple but very well cared for furnishings. It's obvious that the owner cares about the property and their guests. Seriously, an amazing deal and it's going to be really tough to beat this experience ☺️

Will have to stay longer next time! PS: caution if you are planning to stay with your kids or family. There are some very intentional mirror placements that are obviously meant for couples 😂

Could easily accommodate 4. An apartment, beautifully fitted. 2 bathrooms, a rooftop terrace, washing machine. A unique old city apartment centrally located. Outstanding communication except for the initial location of the apartment.

So much personality and very clean. Host was awesome - went above and beyond. Excellent location but the magic is finding the roof terrace! Basic but so clean and everything you need. The location is so worth it and the host - very valuable :)

Aircon in the kitchen/dining makes it limiting in the bedrooms but I was there when exceptionally hot and humidity was so high so please don’t judge on this.

Location was close to beach was great - 10 minute walk. We loved Polignano (first timers) but chose the wrong place to stay (for us). It was not comfortable and it was too loud at night as there no sound insulation - old property.

We asked for two beds to sleep separately and mentioned this in advance to host. 2nd bed left was a small uncomfortable cot (not the IKEA pullout I saw in the pictures as this was broken when we tried to open). This particular Apartment is located such that you walk out on ground level to a strip of restaurants where everyone stays up until after 1am eating dinner etc. I used AirPods (to block the noise) to watch a show on my phone, and earplugs after that, but couldn’t sleep. TV was not useable for me because it was only in Italian. Communication was by What’s App and I was first asked if I needed a taxi transfer which I declined due to too expensive. Unfortunately, our flights from Paris and trains were delayed so we arrived around 8pm- keys were left inside with apt open for us. It was very hot (27.5) and we couldn’t get AC going, so we messaged host and we were grateful we received response around midnight explaining how to turn on AC. We inquired about breakfast included and received no response. There are many reviews that mention breakfast included as it is a B&B. I needed a wine opener and it took a long time to get response so ended up buying one. Communication could have been better as the day we left Monday, (After 3 nights) we tried to drop the keys off at main door but no one was available so we left keys in the room. We never met the owners. I didn’t feel it was good value for the money.

Good central location to the town and beach. The host was very friendly and took time to explain local amenities and recommended restaurants. The option of parking was good for us, as this was in a garage in a nearby location.

The property we stopped at was not a true reflection of what we believed we were getting. The property was not in any of the photos used for the booking.com advertisement. The description states city views , this is not the case. The property was on a street which the front door to the property opened straight into the bedroom. Little privacy due to the outside shutters not closing / locking - we used a hair tie to try and keep the shutter closed at night. The bathroom - the shower unit itself is tired and needing replacement (mouldy and rusty). The shower door was incredibly stiff to try and move to be able to open/close this. The mattress on the bed really does need replacing, the springs kept pinging every time we moved. It was a disappointing stay, due to the property not being to the standard that was shown in the pictures. At the time we we didn’t raise this with the host due to the fact this accommodation had been paid for and we didn’t want to risk being without accommodation for our stay.

Location,presentation and facilities exceeded all expectations Our only issue was that we couldn’t stay longer … highly recommend
