I didn't like anything, security guy for reception, nusty carpet floor,no water to wash that make me leave the first day.

USThe pool was great & right on the beach
Outdated, lazy river & water park was closed. No maid service. Had to take your towels down to front desk and exchange for clean ones. Had to take your trash out to dumpster. No sweeper. I was given a broom that was definitely on its last leg. So there was always sand on floor. Balcony floor always had puddles of water from air cond. No phone in room so anytime we had a problem, we had to go down to front desk. No keurig😞 Definitely not stocked for an efficiency. Would not stay there again.

Air-conditioned was so noises and can't sleep. No iron and dryer and whatever I need the receptionist called someone and will be will be but nothing comes to my room and I went by myself to get it and I got it broken one. My kid wants to swim at the pool I asked where is the pool, the receptionist gave me card and call the number he said.
