Horrible!!! No pools no water park no parking nothing! Absolutely horrible 5 years ago we stayed at this location it was amazing not anymore never again!

Room was clean.

Parking… they do not have enough parking for the guest. You worry about leaving because you might not get a spot or you have to park along the street. There is no guest service or reception to help with questions. Our room was double booked had small issue with that at the beginning of our stay.

"Can't say it was a total disaster but things could of been cleaner"

There was no breakfast .we cooked .the view of the ocean was ok.the attendants were polite

Had to wait 20 mins to get in room because of a fire alarm going off .smell of Marijuana in the hallways constantly Fire trucks back Saturday night for another false alarm

Early arrival time. Room was not clean. Sand all over the floor. Good thing there was a broom.

Close to the beach, Restaurants and Shopping. Entertainment was very close as well.

Floor was dirty, Sink had a leak in the bathroom and too much renovations going on, no on-site pool or trash shute, also towel service sucked!!

I enjoyed the room, it was very clean and comfortable.

I did not like that the pool and hot tub were not running as well as the difficulty getting clean towels from hotel staff.
