Clean and comfortable, a great overnight stop for us.

Location was easy to find and convenient for road access, parking available and close to a supermarket. Loads of hot water. Shower was accessible and supplied a decent stream of hot water. Toilet and bathroom sink were clean. Fresh ground coffee tea and sugar provided but not used. UHT milk provided but not used as brought our own fresh milk. Very comfortable recliner sofa in lounge. Parking at front of property available albeit advice shortly before travel indicated it might not be usable - need to add this detail to the facilities information on the website so people can make an informed choice. ok value overnight stay with garden - which we did not use - if that is your thing.

The kitchen was not clean. Had to clean the microwave to use it. sink and taps were not clean. plastic draining rack was covered in soap scum and caked on crud. hob was not clean. baking tray and grill pan in oven were both used and had food remains / grease on them. glasses were greasy and smeared. washing machine covered in a layer of dust. no recycling available so had to through away recyclable items. no cleaning materials so used soap and water to clean surfaces. Beds appear to be foam mattresses which were very warm to sleep on. coupled with thick duvets. very close to a relentlessly busy road which never stopped all night. too warm to not have the window open. wobbly hanging rail in main bedroom. inaccessible cupboard in second bedroom so used floor for overnight. no curtains to block light in second bedroom so woke at dawn. no privacy covering in main bedroom window so had to get dressed with curtains closed. no privacy covering in landing window so do not go downstairs undressed as the world can see you. Shower tray was not clean. poorly fitted lino in bathroom just left sticking up. endless cushions and ornaments everywhere.

It was super comfortable, clean, cute house. The owner obviously cares about it. We loved the quiet location, the well cared for garden. It fitted our needs perfectly, with 2 bedrooms and 2 parking spaces. Everything was perfect. Easy check in, the instructions were really good. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again.

Proximity to large Tesco and easy parking. Good for three small dogs as garden area ideal for short trips. Pleasant and clean. Easy to visit town centre. Lovely recliner sofa. Cosy living room

Wonderful little place with parking on site. Felt secure and peaceful. The beds were so comfy! Garden was perfect for our dogs.

The shower was really weak

Very cosy, everything we could need 💙
