Very clean and superb location.

Price could have been a bit lower. Kitchen cooking/serving could be better.

The property was spacious and very clean. Alot of attention to details in the design of the apartment. The location was exceptional, with short walking distance to old Split town. Also, the view of the port with the water and boats was amazing.

The bed matrices were a bit hard, so not very comfortable. The queen size bed in the master bedroom is small and would have preferred a king size for more comfort. The TV in the master bedroom did not work, and the remote control of the main TV would get stuck from time to time. Check out time at 10 AM is too early, and forced us to stay in the streets for a couple of hours before our flight. A checkout at 12 or 1 PM would be more helpful and appropriate, given the price tag.

The surrounding is not satisfactory

Great property, amazing location!! Very spacious apartment with all amenities. Can easily fit 6 people. Great host, came to pick us up at midnight to show the place.

Some small issues with the main entry lock to the building (owner said it will be fixed soon).

The property was in an excellent location, was very clean, fantastic view and will fit 3 couples comfortably. Would definitely stay there again.
