The location and the space. It’s really good when you travelling with family of five. And the neighbourhood is pretty quiet as well. Thank you so much

It’s just the main bathroom shower which wasn’t working and we all have to use the one in the master bedroom. Other than that it was really nice

The location was good, we were able to get snacks and other essentials from Aldi on the other side of the roundabout. Asda was also nearby, as well as the Cedar Tree a lovely bar/restaurant. The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable.

Because the Vodafone signal was poor, we had issues getting the check in details and code for the lock box when we arrived, but managed to get a decent window of signal for the message to come through in the end. We bought some antibacterial washing up liquid to clean the kitchen worktops and glassware, dishes and cutlery, because previous guests had put dirty glassware back in the cupboard covered in greasy fingerprints and used cutlery had been placed in the cutlery drawer unwashed. One of the wooden beds was creaky if you moved during the night and the window blind in the small bedroom was broken, so it could not be closed.

The place was huge and spacious, all facilities were working. The apartment is at a beautiful location with supermarkets near by and not too far from the city centre. The hosts were there for all my needs instantly and would definitely book again and invite my family to do the same!

The only downfall was that the pool cues were small and broken which was fine as we still had fun. Also the phone service was quite bad but that’s not the apartment fault.

Clean and modern

Great accommodation, plenty of space, good kitchen facilities, clean and tidy, hot showers, free parking, pool table a nice addition, plenty of heating around the accommodation, household shops and various food outlets and restaurants nearby, easy road access

Not a lot lacking, i would say front door lock was a little sticky, information on the electric storage heaters would have helped on first day but otherwise a cracking place to stay

The location was great, easy access to City centre and shops. Free parking in site.

Even though the place was clean, it looked a little tired and needed a refresh. For example the kitchen work surfaces were damaged, one dining room chair was broken. The lighting in the front room was poor and was dark. The beds were very low and not very comfortable.

The accommodation was in a great location with easy access to the city and for us the Welsh valleys. We stayed for 10 nights, we appreciated the comfortable home feel. Kurtis was really helpful during our stay
