Immaculately Presented Detached Family Chalet - 5 mins to beach, nr Great Yarmouth & Norfolk Broads

Hi me and my wife and my daughter and my son and my family stayed In this chalet and it showed in pictures how the floors are clean until you get there the floors were cracked and dented and the cooker didn't work and the floors were black and there was a Ants nest somewhere in the property and the WiFi did not work and we was meant to stay there for a week and we came away a day early because the chalet was disgusting and when we complained they sent a worker round and they didn't even tell us he was coming round and saw my wife and daughter and my granddaughter in the bed clothes ready to jump in to shower and I thought that wasn't nice because he let his self in and didn't knock then when got there on arrival we took pictures of all the damage what was there and the communication wasn't that great the Ants runid my birthday from my wife and daughter and son it was disgusting because they couldn't even move us all anything and when we did complain we got told we done damage and that's a big piss take because I am disabled and got 3 short hair dogs where they were blaming us really disappointed in this brake so be extra careful when booking this place

Perfectly clean - well equipped - fantastic host

Close lots of local attractions. Club house and swimming pool on site. Lovely size lounge area, lots of seating. Plenty of green space outside for the dog.

Bed in double room is so large it makes getting around the room rather difficult. Shower very small. Floor still wet upon arrival and when wiped dry we’re still rather dirty.

The site was quiet and had good facilities for the time of year. The chalet was of a good size for our party and was well equipped. The laminate floors were ideal for pets. The beds were comfortable and clean we slept well.

Housekeeping could have been better. There was a lot of dust on top of the televisions and one of the cupboard shelves was sticky. There was a pan with grease in it in a cupboard. The toilet was smelly on arrival and we had to put an air freshener in the bathroom and open a window.

It was a lovely place to stay and lots to do with my granddaughter had a lovely time thank you for that will be back for sure xxxx
