Could be a nice spacious 2 bed flat.

Furnishings looked like they had been purchased from a charity shop. Dining chairs were ripped and tatty. Cooking facilities were less than basic. Pots and pans were old and worn. Oven tray had 6 months of grease on it. No tin opener, 2 large tumblers, no wine glasses. I was told to use the settings already on the washing machine but it shrunk my clothes and the drying facility cause so many creases they couldn't be ironed out.
