Upstairs at 33 - Self check in boutique accommodation in Worcester Centre

Witing walking distance of downtown. Nice room. The kids were loving their own space upstairs. And the room was cool even tough it was the hottest night in the UK and lack of AC.

Figuring out the parking. But the owner gave me a map which was very helpful

Nothing I didn't like, but would have been good to have the option of a firmer pillow. The bed was very soft but difficult to sleep on. The only use issue was that the shower door didn't shut properly

Breakfast was basic - flapjack and some packet porridge.

I visited during a heat wave. The top floor room was exceptionally warm throughout - c. 27 degrees in the room. Even with the window open and the fan on, the temperature did not drop significantly. The property is located on a busy street and so having the window open and the fan on to try and manage the heat is not conducive to a relaxing night's sleep. Most other brands at this price point offer air conditioning or a cool roon.

Great location and staff are so helpful. Communication excellent. Extremely clean and well equipped. Lovely breakfast left in the room. Would definitely stay again.
