Goose Island Central Downtown Prime Location with access to patio CHI - 1

Cleanliness, wasnt really like the pictures.

Good location. Property spacious, well equipped, and well decorated.

1. We were not given access to the patio, as advertised, until the 5th and last day of our stay. Of course, it was too late for us to access and use it. 2. On the 1st day, we reported a water leak and water dripping on electrical wires behind the washing machine on. We were told this was not a hazard, and it would be looked into after we had left. 3. Communication was unpleasant. No introduction of the host. Just direct instructions. We had to insist twice on knowing the name of the person communicating with us through the Airbnb platform. On the other hand, we were required to submit pictures of our passport before checking in. In the end, the interlocutor introduced himself as Max the co-host. 4. Everyday early morning disturbances with continuous impact and footsteps noise from occupants upstairs. Same from cleaning staff.

Just one Bathroom, the size is big for this unit. It will be great if ot has 2 bathrooms.
