"Very convenient location one light shade was removed the next day other one was left broken. It did cause concern incase"

It was decorated to a good standard and had everything we needed

On arrival two glass light shades where broken above a bed and the bedding for sofa bed was not readily available to use also sofa bed hadn’t been hoovered in a while

Excellent location right next to the ICC where we were attending a conference. Clean, tidy well laid out and great value for money.

Parking! We chose to park in the Mailbox. But this is only a very small gripe.
