Stunning 2-Bed Apartment in Stevenage, Sleeps 5 with free Private Parking

Upon arrival, we were informed that the bathroom sink was broken and that we needed to monitor a bowl placed underneath to prevent flooding. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was extremely poor. There was a strong smell of alcohol. Stain on the sofa and rusty microwave visible cobwebs and dust in the living room, and pet hair in the corridor leading to the bedroom. These conditions fell far below the standard one would reasonably expect We was booked for two night but only stayed for one night

Disappointed with the level of cleanliness of the apartment which suggested the property had not been adequately cleaned prior to our arrival. Kitchen cooker had oil splatters from previous guests. The floor had coffee stains, and the carpet had clearly not been vacuumed. TV stand was covered in dust and spider webs on the living room windows. Contacted the owner twice but no apology or effort was made to come and resolve the issues. Not happy with the standards of cleanliness and the lack of care from I received. Our stay was very uncomfortable.

The property was well presented very comfortable in a very very quiet location

Everything was good

Lovely clean apartment with everything we needed . Felt safe and comfy. Own parking bay was great right outside the apartment main door.

Just a small note about the mattress on two beds which were already heavily stretched (too used)

Shiny and clean. Nicely furnished and fully equipped.

Overall good experience, clean, tidy, spacious, well fitted.

Kids beds were too narrow. All beds were spring beds, a bit worn, not best for sleep

Everything was great, really luxurious feel & the beds were the very comfortable. Heating & WiFi worked great & host was responsive when needed.
