Charming Log Cabin in Tall Pines w Large Deck

The cabin was a good getaway from electronics . We went hiking in the area and stayed 2 nights at the cabin.

The cabin still needs an upgrade in the bathroom. The toilet is too cramped for anyone to use comfortably and the shower floor needs a mat and longer shower liner.

They didn't offer anything worth mentioning.

I was mislead to believe it was in the woods ,it's basically someone's back house,it was dirty too ,we had to clean all the dishes before using anything and the sheets and towels were washed without soap

location was wonderful. Surroundings were just as I had hoped for.

Only one mishap! The coffee maker still had old coffee grounds in it. Nothing major

Access to the cabin was easily accessible. We found the property to be very private even though we were surrounded by other cabins. The locals were quite nice and respectful. I loved all the games, books etc available. That pets were allowed! It makes traveling so much easier sharing the experience with your pet.

A few more kitchen utensils would have been nice. And we never could get the DVD and TV to work properly. Maybe some instructions on troubleshooting???? We brought portable ones so that was an alternative.

We liked the backing up against trees and how quiet it was, a great respite for our family! The coziness of the place and the number of sleeping spaces. Nice getaway.

We didn’t like the bathroom much due to the position of the shower/ toilet, stairs up to the property wasn’t a problem for us but to those with mobility issues it would be difficult. The pellet stove was a little touchy but we kept it going

The location was great. A log cabin in the woods. Peaceful and quiet.

Very nice little log cabin in the tall pine. Loved the cooler temperatures and the smell of the trees. The cabin has a comfy bed, good shower with plenty of water pressure. There are really good restaurants in town, and there are places to go and see during the day. Overall a great place to rest up and recharge!

Only one thing. The owner should invest in a corner toilet. They sell them at home depot.

This cozy cabin lives up to its name. Sitting on the deck enjoying the sounds and scents as it rained was our favorite part of this relaxing trip. The location was great too!
