Appartement très lumineux, et très pratique (proche de la gare, du centre ville et non loin d un supermarché). Équipement top: cuisinière au gaz, lave linge, étendoir, planche à repasser et fer à repasser!

Die Lage zur Altstadt ist ideal, und die Tiefgarage war super auch zum Abstellen unseres Tandems. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr schön und die Nachbarschaft zu den Einheimischen sehr angenehm. Wenn z. B. Gesang über den Hof schallte, erfreuten wir uns sehr. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das anfängliche Problem mit dem Wohnungsschloss hat er schnell gelöst.

Der Code für das Tor der Wohnanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Das war allerdings selten ein Problem, da immer jemand gerade hinein oder hinaus ging oder fuhr. Das Öffnen mit dem Schlüssel hat auch funktioniert, aber das Schloss hakt etwas. In der Wohnung war nicht alles top. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für uns nicht ganz stimmig.

Si trattava di un appartamento con tutto ciò che occorre per soggiornare 21 gg. soddisfatti appieno sia della posizione vicino alle mura di Lucca con un parcheggio in garage, vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada e anche fresca dovuta alla presenza di 2 ventole a soffitto.

Ottima posizione in casa tranquilla. Buon parcheggio coperto. Alloggio pulito e tutto decorosamente nuovo.

The location was really good near the station and a short walk into Lucca itself. The flat was very clean and had all the facilities we required including a kettle and coffee machine. The host was very helpful.
