Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10/10) The stay was absolutely perfect! The location is amazing — close to everything I needed, with easy access to public transport and shops. The place was spotless, super clean and well-organized. A special touch was the welcome chocolates — such a thoughtful detail! The towels were fresh, clean, and soft, just like in a luxury hotel. I felt truly welcomed. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The location was good and the house had a lot of good amenities, including cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, soaps and toilet paper. The house was comfortable for a family trip with 6 people.

The were no blinds in the kitchen so it felt very exposed late at night, there were also ants in the kitchen, and a rat that we kept seeing in the garden. The stay wasn't too bad, was a bit annoyed when they took the security deposit out of my bank account before even inspecting the house and only sent it back after I called them a few times for it. It didn't seem like they would've sent the money if I didn't keep calling them about it.

No privacy in the kitchen. Blinds, curtains. Problems using the tv and locking lounge garden door.

Clean specious house. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for 4 to 5 people. Easy free parking. 10minute walk to station.

Terrible customer service. The house wasn't made up for all guests there wasn't any bedding for one of the beds. We booked the house for six, it stars a six person house and on top of that I even confirmed with the accommodation earlier that day that we would be six people. This meant at 11pm at night we had to go out and purchase the bedding instead. There also wasn't enough towels, crockery or cutlery. When I filed a complaint with the management they offered no compensation or apology and when management promised a call back they didn't follow through with it either time.

Location was good 15min walk to Ponds Forge starting along the tram line (and similarly into city centre). Lovely little garden, private parking, quiet area. Comfy beds and sofa, although perhaps another armchair would have been useful. Everything you needed in the kitchen, etc, but could have done with more tea towels. bathrooms clean, but the bath towels (1 each, with no spares) were quite small and thin, and only 2 hand towels to share between a family of 4. Host was very informative with very clear instructions for how to access property.

On the whole it was brilliant, and we would book again, but not in the summer months. It was 25c outside most days and there are no blinds in any of the large windows. it felt we were sleeping in an oven, only one fan between us which barely did anything anyway.

Very good location as not too far from the Train Station and City Centre. Also a tram stop within a short walk. Nice quiet road with all facilities you would need for a city break.
