Stillness Cottage - Secluded Hut with a Private Hot Tub

The grounds, woodland, surrounding countryside, hot tub, and giant chess were fantastic.

There's no storage or anywhere to hang your clothes. Also, it would be good to have a bolt to secure the garden gate so nobody can let themselves in when the dog is out.

Hottub was lekker

Geen lekkere relaxstoelen bij de hot tub. Er stond een boom aan de rechterkant vd tuin dus halvewege de middag geen zon. Dat was jammer.

The chalet was clean, tidy and comfortable. We loved the hot tub. The décor was to a good standard. The hosts are attentive via WhatsApp and felt comfortable knowing I could message anytime. The grounds are beautiful and the woodland walk was lovely and peaceful. Great place to have a romantic weekend away.

The garden is pebbles under foot so I had to purchase some flipflops to be able to use the garden and in and out of the hot tub. Dressing gowns provided but they were very tired. We could hear the next door couple very well through the wall, and I'm sure they could hear us too. This was a bit of an issue when being "romantic" as we were aware they could hear us.

The space is comfy and relaxing! A nice getaway from day to day life. Really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub! Will be staying again sometime!
