Stylish vacation home - close to sea and nature

We liked everything! It’s gorgeous 🫶 so cozy and good designed, and really large space. On the kitchen you can find things that you need, there is a place for bonfire outside. We liked the environment there, you live literally on the field, near lakes and sea! The most beautiful is the house by its own, it’s the building from 1908. Owners are super nice people. We find our stay very lovely 💜

A large apartment in a very small village. It is very close to the sea and quite a few places. Beds were comfortable albeit a bit soft. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a big tv with apple tv, large couch, 3 beds for 4 people, boardgames, heaters, airconditioning, etc.

We didn't have a very warm welcome. When we first arrived we noticed a man sunbathing downstairs on the terrace. When I approached him, as I thought he was the owner of the property or another guest, he was very standoffish and rude. He let me know he had nothing to do with the apartment. When we turned on the airconditioning, as it was summer, he let us know we couldn't turn on the airconditioning, as he didn't want to hear the noise from the fan outside the building. One of the reasons that we had rented this place, was the air conditioning. His terrace/garden is also quite shabby, which is right beneath the living room of the apartment. This is also where he listens to music rather loudly and he has two puppy's. This whole ordeal also made us feel less at ease, as it felt like we couldn't behave like we would have wanted and completely relax. The house isn't next to the water, like the pictures make it seem like, it is very near though. In short: I liked the apartment a lot, but the downstairs neighbour really put me off. Too expensive for the experience we had.

There is no light in the area around the house so when you arrive at night, you see very little

the interior is very modern and the apartment clean! great kitchen to cook anything you like. the view is also very stunning, we barley used the telly and looked out of the window instead.

some things are not fairly baby friendly, so it would make sense to fix the cupboard against the wall to make it stabile. The stairs are quite steep, with baby and dog quite a challenge.

The location was excellent for nature explorations - walks, bike rides (2 free bikes were part of the property which was nice). close to Kolding, right next to the coast. Large and well set up kitchen, spacious and nice lounge, good bathroom and shower. Biggest surprise were the comfortable mattresses, nice and firm (not hard) and very large, too. Overall a pleasant, surprising and very good experience. Friendly and very helpful host within easy reach. Also free bed linen and very generous pet policy. Would definitely stay again.
